棕刚玉 BROWN FUSED ALUMINA

棕刚玉是由铝矾土经电弧炉冶炼而成，呈棕褐色，产品硬度高、韧性大，用其制成的磨具适用于磨削碳素钢、一般合金钢、可锻铸铁、硬青铜等，并广泛应用于刚玉铁沟浇铸料，捣打料等耐火制品。

It is a kind of regular Brown Aluminum Oxide abrasive grains, the shape of the grain is blocky and edge sharp with the high loose bulk density. To get the kind of grains, we specially process the ingots, separate the magnetic material, and sieve the grains carefully to get a complete range of grit sizes.
As an abrasive, It is mainly used in making vitrified bonded grinding wheels. As loose grains, it is widely used for pressure blasting, surface finish and other general industrial applications.

棕刚玉微粉:

性能：呈汪棕褐色，韧性高，能承受较大压力
适用范围：可做固结及涂附磨具，湿式或干或喷射砂，超精研磨和抛光及制做高级耐火材料等。适合加工碳素钢，合金钢，可锻铸铁，硬青钢及半导体材料。

Property:It is brown and features toughness and impact strength .It can bear high Pressure.
Usage:It is suitable for making bonded and coated abrasive tools,wet or dry blasting,superprecision grinding and polishing,making high quality refactory materials,grinding carbon steel,alloy steel,malleable cast iron,hard bronze and semi-conductor materials.
